Horror in Taylors SABD, 30/10/2008

I know Halloween is like today, the 31st of October but what can we do? Friday is the worst time to dress up because not many people will be having class so we had it yesterday. Halloween is not usually celebrated in Malaysia but the New SABD board thought it will be fun to dress up and have a little fun before the semester ends. The event is a whole day thing, meaning students will wear their costumes/makeup for the whole day in college. TPC was also called to go around snapping photos of their weird costumes they see around campus. Hope they did their best to stalk for the best. I only got a few due to busy rushing to complete my floor-plans for Studio 2. The first person I spotted with a costume or maybe it was just a Halloween prop on was Najat, SABD's new president, wearing a knife which went through her head. Hmmmmmm........

And basically the one who stabbed her is still a mystery....... *hint* The one who took the picture is the one who stabbed her....

Next was Mr. David Ooi, supposedly a Chinese Mafia but many thought he wanted to be Hugh Hefner, the father of all Playboy Bunnies. So, his two buddies came to his recue by taking out markers and started to draw fake side-burns and a goatee inspired by Tony Stark.

He only found out that the markers were permanent markers when he went home and couldn't really wash it off.


But they did a good job because he looked much better after the make-over. Good work guys...

I was suppose to go look for Daphne at 11 for her to help me with the make-up for my ultimate costume. Don't give me the stare..... I don't own make up okay and I have no skills in applying it on my face so I had to ask for help. But plans were changed due to my "blur" state after staying up the previous night and forgetting to bring my wallet and the batteries for my camera so I had to rush home to get it or else I will be in trouble if I was caught driving without my license.

So plans changed and we decided to meet in the Studio so she can help me apply my makeup. I got my nails painted black the night before to somehow compliment with the look I wanted to achieve. Black shirt, pants and shoes, I walked into college looking like half a Goth but this is not what I wanted. After printing my floor-plans, I met up with my make-up artists to turn me into the monster I wanted to be. Jess, Daphne, Ellie and Dalila were my make-up artists....

And Hau Yee, also a goth girl and Ellie came as a nerd.

They only started to help after Cam-whoring for awhile in their new looks... Posers....

Then the "Making Aaron as scary as possible, A.S.A.P (not as soon as possible in this case)" began.
Layer and layer of make up which I don't know what it is called were applied on my face. What eye shadow, foundation, etc.... I seriously don't get the terms for the tools girls use to make thier faces pretty each day.

And the Result...........

Wahhla..... This is no joker okay... I was going for insane Goth Guy with his mouth cut and stitched but we couldn't get the stitch effect but all in all, it looked great.
Feel the evil people.
I must admit, I look good in evil.

We had to rush to our last lecture for Studio 2 at 2 P.M. so imagine me walking into class with that face. Yes, I did shock many of my course mates but I was surprised that I shocked the lecturers as well. So girls, Really Good job... HAHA..... I am so thankful.

After the lecture, we had a crit session with our own lecturer. I was really a big big distraction in class. Oops, sorry Mr. Cheah. But the crit went well today. All I have to do now is to improve and alter some design aspects for my dive center.

While waiting for our turn, Mr. Cheah allowed me, Ben and Hau Yee to go have lunch and as usual, we had to go to the Mamak for lunch because only the Mamak is still open after 3p.m. and yes, I was still in make up and all. So try to imagine the stares I got from the public. HAHA. But it was a fun experience. I do hope no one recognise me without my makeup.

After presenting my design, as usual, we cam-whored in the other classrooms. Our crit lasted till late late late into the evening, so we were given the freedom to go home as soon as we were done, but no, we didn't leave but we took more pictures of ourselves.

Sorry if it seems that I have too many pictures of myself in this post. I just so love the look that this is the first time I have so many pictures of myself in my camera. HAHA. Well, the nest time you see this face.......

After cam-whoring for sometime, we went back to class to listen to Mr. Cheah on what we have to do for the next 2 weeks before the submission.. Its going to get stressful again... Oh well, what to do? Thats life. When Mr. Cheah was about to end, we surprised Chi because it was also his birthday..... Well, will write this in the next post because I am Kind of tired now..... So till then.....
