TGIH!! 1st december 2008 at Pyramid's TGI Fridays..

Yes, after one of the most tiring semester we faced so far (I know it will just get even more tiring in the future), we went out to celebrate with good food and good company after the crit session. And this time, we decided not to go to Sakae Sushi anymore. Instead, we headed to TGI Friday which we named TGI Holidays instead because we went out to celebrate the end of another semester and the coming of the holidays. Creative huh?

Do you all know about the three Course meal at TGIF?
Guess what, each of us had one except for Daphne and Gordon who ordered ala carte and if I am not mistaken, Wai Sie shared with Hau Yee and Aaron L shared one three course meal with Clement.

Well, all of them went to the evil side and ordered the fried stuff. And I decided to go for the good side but changed the desert to the sinful side. The chocolate Malt cake.. MMMmmmmm....
I shall let the pictures tell the story....

Sinful deep fried Macaroni and Cheeeeeesey cheese cheese...

My Friday's chicken. Healthy and yet delicious..

Sherman and Daphne ordered Fish and Chips. Three portions of fish filet battered and fried to golden brown. Served with Friday's™ Fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce..... Yummy....

Hau Yee ordered Double-Stack Chicken Quesadillas. Chargrilled chicken, Colby and Jack cheeses and caramelized onions and peppers double stacked in flour tortillas. Served with savory rice, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

It was so good that Hau Yee had to proteect it from 3 hungry wolves (look at their face expressions). HAHA...

Benjamin with his dish..

Sizzling Chicken and Cheese.
A sizzling skillet of onions and peppers together with garlic-marinated chicken breast over melted Colby and Jack cheeses. Served with our cheddar cheese mashed potatoes... A must try.. Benjamin loved the mash potatoes.

Darren posing with his dish.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo. Rich, creamy fettuccine Alfredo, topped with a New Orleans-style blackened chicken breast, fresh tomatoes and green onions...
The Fettuccine is super cheesy so you might want to exchange the dish with someone after you get sick of the rich creamy cheese. And the chicken was sort of dry. But it was okay.

Gordon ordered this ala carte, Chicken and Shrimp Diablo.
Tender, seasoned chicken and shrimp sautéed in olive oil, then blended in a fiery tomato Diablo sauce with wine. Served on linguine pasta with freshly-grated Parmesan cheese.

Everyone enjoy enjoy till I had to get a picture of the scene.

Sherman switched his Fish and Chips with Darren because they both were so sick of the dish they ordered. One is just too cheesy and the othe one is all so fishy.

Darren finished up Daphne's fish too. DO not underestimate the belly of Darren. HAHA..

Everyone waiting for their deserts... WHERE IS IT? WE WANT CHOCOLATY GOODNESS!!!

Yummy yummy yummy..... HAHA.... Chocolate malt cake.... Makes me feel so happy...

Well, here is a look at the menu if you are interested or you can *click* to look at their website. HAHA..
I sure do hope they see my blog and give me a little something for this promo.
